Our League Pathways

Girls Program

OUR LEAGUES

Aztec Soccer is committed to providing our players with the best training and development opportunities through a core-based curriculum so that they can reach their maximum potential both on and off the field. In addition, we strive to offer competitive platforms for our youngest to oldest players. Each platform has been selected to provide players with the appropriate level of competition.

Below are the leagues that our girls teams currently play in during the fall and spring seasons. Each league offers a unique competitive platform that complements the training and off-field opportunities that Aztec provides.

NEW ENGLAND IMPACT NPL: U13 - U19

The New England Impact NPL was created to offer female soccer players an opportunity to compete within a high level of league play where they will continue to build out their age level long term development. The collaboration of like-minded clubs creates and offers unique and innovative preparation opportunities for their female players to advance their college aspirations in a way not seen before in New England. The founding member clubs are responsible for putting together the all encompassing league play intertwined with the advancement opportunities of preparing players to compete at the collegiate level. IMPACT is driven by four core values: Pride (on and off the field), Empowerment (player development, human development, professional development), Legacy Building (current players through alums) and Inspirational Change (from player to team, team to club, league into our communities).

The highest level girls teams - U13 through U19 - will compete in the New England Impact NPL in the fall and spring seasons.

The NECSL: U9 - U19

The New England Club Soccer League (NECSL) was founded in May 2020 to provide a more transparent and merit based league platform for the clubs of New England to nurture and develop their players and teams. The NECSL's Advisory Board is made up of former professional players and educators. The application process is clear, transparent and objective. The mission: Develop, Challenge and Compete in a supportive environment of forward thinking Club Directors while partnering with like minded organizations to provide a wide range of regional events for the players of New England to showcase their abilities. The NECSL is the largest youth soccer league in New England.

The majority of Aztec girls teams - 2015 through 2004 - will compete in NECSL in the fall and spring.
